Deleting your data

You can disconnect an account in seconds, or ask us to remove everything. This page explains what each one does, and lets you check a deletion request you made through Facebook.

Disconnect one account

The fastest route, and usually the one people want. Go to the Channels page and disconnect the account. The access we held is erased at once and we can no longer post to it. Your posts and your work stay where they are.

Remove the app from Facebook

You can also do it from Facebook’s side, without signing in here:

  • Open Facebook and go to Settings and privacy, then Settings.
  • Choose Apps and Websites.
  • Find Social AutoPoster in the list and choose Remove.

Facebook tells us as soon as you do, and we erase the access token straight away. Nothing further is needed from you.

Delete everything

To have your whole account removed — your work, your posts, your voices, and your connections — write to privacy@artstorefronts.com from the email address on your account, and say that you want your Social AutoPoster data deleted. We will confirm when it is done.

Posts that have already been published to Facebook, Instagram, or anywhere else live on those platforms, not here. Deleting your data with us does not take them down — you remove those in the app you published to, the same way you would any other post.

What we hold in the first place

The privacy policy lists exactly what we collect from a connected Facebook Page or Instagram account, and what we do with it.
