Terms of service

The short version: your work stays yours, we post only what you approve, and either of us can end this at any time. The rest of this page says the same thing more carefully.

What this service does

Social AutoPoster, operated by Art Storefronts, helps you write and schedule social media posts about your work, and publishes them to the accounts you connect. Using it means you accept these terms.

Your account

You need an account to use the service, and you are responsible for what happens under it. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has gained access. You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live.

Your work stays yours

You keep every right in the artwork, photographs, and words you bring to the service. You give us permission to store them and to publish them to the accounts you connect, for the sole purpose of running the service for you. That permission ends when you delete the content or close your account.

You confirm that you have the right to post what you upload, and that doing so does not infringe anyone else’s rights.

Connected accounts

When you connect a social account, you authorise us to publish to it on your behalf. We publish what you approve. You can disconnect at any time from the Channels page, and posting stops immediately.

Each platform has its own rules, and your use of a connected account remains subject to them. We cannot publish something a platform refuses, and a platform may remove a post or an account for reasons outside our control.

Posts written with AI

We draft posts for you with AI. Drafts are suggestions, not finished work, and you are responsible for what is published under your name. Read before you approve.

What you agree not to do

  • Post anything unlawful, hateful, deceptive, or that infringes someone else's rights.
  • Use the service to send spam or to run accounts you are not entitled to run.
  • Try to break, overload, or gain unauthorised access to the service.
  • Resell or rebrand the service without our written agreement.

Ending it

You can stop using the service and close your account whenever you like. We may suspend or end an account that breaks these terms, or if we stop offering the service. If we end your account without cause, we will give you reasonable notice and a chance to take your content with you.

What we do not promise

We work hard to keep the service running and your posts going out on time, but we cannot promise it will never be unavailable, and we cannot promise a particular result from posting. The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Changes

If these terms change, the date at the top moves, and we will tell you about anything significant before it takes effect.
